Learn to relax and expand your consciousness in these guided meditations. Focus on breath, posture, calm.

Yoga    

Vinyasa Yoga connects the breath with the flow of movement. This is an excellent practice to strengthen & lengthen the body. Be inspired.

Wednesdays at 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
