This series will lead you into self exploration, teaching you the fundamental elements of meditation, and how to take these with you throughout your day to live a life of mindfulness.
Suggested teachings are in order from sessions 1 - 5. Once you've completed the series, you will have a better understanding of the techniques and their benefits. You can then select whichever meditation you'd like, whether it's your favorite or applies to your current state-of-mind.
